Pricing notes
- Additional hours: Should you require more hours in a given month than originally agreed, these can be added at your agreed retainer rate. If you regularly need additional hours over an extended period, we will be happy to review your arrangement and recommend a more suitable plan.
- Rollover of hours: To accommodate busier periods, any unused hours roll over and remain valid for up to three months.
- Flexibility: Your plan can be adjusted at any time to reflect changes in your requirements.
- Cancellation: Cancellation requires seven days’ notice.
